Mr. Behbehani, a Kuwaiti national, holds a B.S degree in civil engineering from Kuwait University. He is the Director of Mohammed Saleh & Reza Youssef Behbehani Company ,Vice Chairman of Kuwait Pipeline Industry & Oil Services Company,and a Board Member of the Gulf Bank. Mr. Behbehani is a TID BoardMember since establishment in 1994.
