Throughout his career, spanning more than three decades, Mr. Al-Homaidhi has held many challenging positions managing a wide spectrum of business sectors. In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Al-Homaidhi is in charge of all daily operations at Investment Dar Co. It was with his management that Investment Dar became the 1st company in Kuwait to enter the Financial Stability Law and reach a court approved financial restructuring agreement with its banks and investors.

Mr. Al-Homaidhi was responsible for the restructuring of many aspects of the company’s operational functions to increase productivity and efficiency, while maintaining a cost efficient business plan. He is also the leading force behind setting standards for performance both on the technical side and the human resources. He sets the future goals and vision for the human resources, helping Investment Dar to achieve its goals and objectives.

Mr. Al-Homaidhi was promoted to this post of CEO in 2011 prior to which he held key positions within the company. Mr. Al Al-Homaidhi also holds the position of Chairman of Credit Rating and Collection Company K.S.C.C, and Board Member in Wethaq Insurance Company K.S.C.C and Al Dar Asset Management Company K.S.C.C.

Before joining Investment Dar, Mr. Al-Homaidhi worked with Kuwait Airways Corporation from 1997 – 2004.
