Mr. Motawea joined Investment Dar Co. in 2004 and currently holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer after several promotions. Mr. Motawea is responsible of a team of 20 accountants, preparing consolidated financial statements and account analysis as well as consolidated and stand alone budgets, initiating financial analysis and monthly management reports. Mr. Motawea is also a Vice Chairman in Rehal Company and Wethaq insurance Company (Egypt) and a Board Member in Wethaq Insurance Company (Kuwait)

His previously held positions are: Audit Manager, Deloitte – Kuwait from 2001 to 2004; Finance Manager, Tuhama International Group Realty Kuwait from 1999 to 2001; Senior Internal Manager, Kuwait Finance House from 1995-1999.

Mr. Motawea is a professionally Certified Public Accountant t (CPA) and a member of Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors. He is holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ain Shams University in Egypt.
