Mr. Behbehani, a Kuwaiti national, has a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University. He is the Director of Mohammed Saleh and Reza Youssef Behbehani Company and a board member of Gulf Bank and the Vice Chairman of Kuwait Pipeline Industry & Oil Services Company.
