Mr. Al-Roumi, a Kuwaiti national, holds a B.S. Degree in Commerce with a major in Business
Administration from the University of Kuwait. He holds the position of Vice Chairman / Managing Director and CEO of EFAD Holding Company. He also holds the office of Chairman at Adeem Investments Co. and Vice Chairman of REFAD Hotels & Resorts Co. He has held various positions with the Public Institution for Social Security.
