Al Dar National Real Estate Company, one of Investment Dar’s group of companies is a Kuwaiti Shareholding company (closed), incorporated in 2000. In 2004, the company registered a capital increase to reach KD 35,000,000. In July 2005 it was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.

The company is engaged in all types of real estate related activities ie., direct participation in the infrastructure of residential, commercial and industrial areas based on the BOT (build, operate, transfer) system, management, operation, investment, leasing and rental of hotels, clubs and tourist resorts.

In addition to the above, Al Dar National Real Estate Company is involved in selling and buying shares and bonds of real estate companies, managing corporate properties and other real estate belongings in compliance with Islamic rules and principles. It also conducts research, provides consultancy services and organizes real estate fairs.

In line with its clear and specific strategy to execute major development projects with unparalleled construction goals, Al Dar National Real Estate Company commenced its first project - the construction of Capital Tower, a major landmark located in the heart of Kuwait’s trade and financial capital. The project covers an area of 6,393 sq.m. overlooking the seafront and is accessible from three major streets – very attractive factors in terms of investment.

Capital Tower is a commercial complex that brings together two huge towers – one of 50 floors and housing commercial offices, the other a luxury hotel of 230 rooms and apartments, which will be run by an international hotel company.
