Investment Dar acquired Credit Rating & Collection Company (CRC) in 2003, a Kuwaiti shareholding company (closed) with a capital of KD 3,000,000 that was incorporated in 1988. CRC was included within Investment Dar’s group of companies and listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in June 2005, thereby becoming the first listed Kuwaiti company dealing in credit rating and collection
CRC is one of the leading companies in the financial and credit rating services sector. It works in cooperation with ACRA, the Asian arm of Moody’s International specialized in financial credit rating for banks and corporate establishments.
