Established in 2005 with a paid up capital of KD 65,000,000, Manazel Holding Company is one of Investment Dar’s group of companies and a Kuwaiti shareholding company (closed). It has a distinguished presence in the local market since the 80s.

As a holding company, it has overseen the development of various real estate projects, the largest of which is Manazel Residential Project comprising several sectors, viz., Manazel villas, Manazel Sahab residential flats and Manazel Al Saif summer houses project. Manazel Residential Project offer residential units for Kuwaitis in all areas of Kuwait. The units are designed to meet their need for privacy and tranquility.

With the establishment of Manazel Holding Company, Investment Dar made its foray into investments in the real estate sector in general and the residential sector in particular. It is also involved in all other real estate and land development activities such as purchase, sales and scouting for investment opportunities locally, regionally and internationally. Furthermore, it invests surpluses in the real estate and investment portfolios in compliance with Islamic Shariah principles.

Manazel is expected to play a vital role in the future of the residential sector on local and regional levels as expansion in major future projects is on the rise. Due to its specializing in residential real estate, Manazel will be responsible for the execution and management of major residential projects in Kuwait and the neighboring countries.
