The Group carries out its activities locally and globally through four major business segments:
Finance: supplying consumers and companies with financing products aimed at facilitating the acquisition of vehicles, equipment, homes and commercial properties secured against personal salaries, cash flows and guarantees
Real Estate: Sale of land and real estates held for trading or after developing them, cash or through Istisnaa’ contracts as well as participation in very large regional urban and residential projects
Investment and Other Fee-based Services:
· Management of real estate portfolios and investment funds on behalf of third parties and management of some of the Group’s investments
· A variety of other services including logistics, financial and engineering research and advisory services
Investments: Strategic management of assets across the Group and investments in a diversified portfolio of both quoted and unquoted equities.
