Announcement of Investment Dar Company’s Creditors’ meeting dated March 5th 2024

The Investment Dar Company cordially invites its esteemed creditors to a meeting dedicated to the discussion of the proposed preventive settlement, which has been submitted to the Bankruptcy Department. This pivotal meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM. It will take place in the designated location by the Bankruptcy Department in Kuwait, at the New Hawally Courts Complex, 9th Floor, Conference Room Number (A9076).

The agenda includes the presentation of the final preventive settlement plan developed by Investment Dar, upon which the creditors will have the opportunity to cast their vote for acceptance or rejection.

We kindly request that creditors ensure to bring a letter from the authorized signatory of their respective entities. This letter should enumerate the names of the delegates appointed to attend the meeting.

To facilitate the organization of the event, we ask that this letter be forwarded to the Investment Dar Company via email at hussam@inv-dar.com no later than two days prior to the meeting date. Additionally, please bring the original letter with you on the day of the meeting.

All creditors are kindly requested to visit the Bankruptcy Department to receive the final preventive settlement proposal that is to be presented during the meeting.
